WiseGenes Refund Policy for Video Modules

We want you to feel confident in your learning experience with WiseGenes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Refunds are available only for your first video module purchase.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• The module must not have been fully viewed (if applicable; remove if you cannot track).

• If your purchase included a 20-minute consultation, the refund is only available if the consultation has not been used or scheduled.
  

Request Process

To request a refund, email us at wisegenestraining@gmail.com with:

• The title of the module

• Your reason for requesting a refund

• Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID)

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable After Viewing

Please note that WiseGenes video modules are view-only, non-downloadable, and non-transferable. Once accessed and viewed, purchases are non-refundable unless they meet the conditions above.
